Refund Policy
We take product quality seriously. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, returns and refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or customer error.
Please review product information carefully before purchasing and contact us if you have questions prior to checkout.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Clear photos of the issue must be submitted
3. Return Process
To initiate a return request, email support@biocaps.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Supporting photos or documentation
We will assess the request and advise whether a return is required. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Do not return items without prior authorisation.
4. Refund Approval and Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue resulted from our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).
5. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products improperly stored after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
We reserve the right to decline refunds that do not meet these conditions.

Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements:
- We do not offer satisfaction-based or performance guarantees
- Individual results may vary
- Products are intended to support general health and wellbeing only
